James who is the current Macclesfield contact is moving away and so we need someone else be the contact point for the group.

It’s a great opportunity to get involved with local campaigning, whether you’re completely new to it or already involved with other groups. It needn’t take a lot of time, and you can shape the role depending on your interests. As a minimum, being the group contact involves:

• being the contact point between the local group and the WDM office.
• receiving the monthly newsletter for groups and activists by post.
• reminding people of the regular group meeting, and any upcoming events or actions.
